All of Crestline and the surrounding front range, from the Hawthorne and Alder Ridge to Larkspur, Monument, and the Redrock.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Absolutely. Expect patient guidance, honest trade-offs, and neighborhood context, never pressure.
Can you help with a sight-unseen relocation?
Yes. Much of my work is remote, military, and out-of-state moves, truthful video tours, neighborhood guides, and a calm process.
What are your fees?
Standard, transparent commission discussed up front. No surprises, no hidden line items.
How fast do you respond?
Within a day, usually much sooner. Speed matters in this market and I treat it that way.
